Well I bit the bullet and decided to give these a try. I hear nothing but good things about them. They are scheduled to ship mid March or so. mfg.simundza.com/products

I've seen these reviewed a few places, and you're right; they're highly rated. Supposed to be smooth, responsive and quiet. Bet you'll like 'em!

I think the only issue you'll have with them is that they won't pair up with your other CH gear. You won't be able to program things like differential braking like you can with the CH pedals. Probably a small price to pay for precision and feel.

Amazing! I just got mine last Thursday. So far I love them (BOS only). Flying with them actually feels like the real thing (as far as I can remember). Did you ordered the graphite gray color? They are beautiful, a real work of art.

Yes I chose Graphite. Fly some more. I'd like to hear more feed back on these.

Set them up and got my first kill within 2 min of wheels up as a Bleenie attacked the base I lifted from. Very Precise control w these. I like them alot. just gotta get used to them now. Think i will need to raise my desk up with 4x4 blocks to use the toe brakes as these seem to set a liitle higher than the CH Peds I was using and my knees lifted the desk while braking on landing.

I have a sim cockpit, crude one but . . . I have to rake the pedals almost as far as they will go vertically and as you can see Hackl there is not much of a heel pad. So my feet keep falling off the pedals and I have to wear my old light weight racing boots for grip to keep my feet where they are supposed to be. In my comments to them I mentioned this and the reply was they were going to address this problem at some point. Otherwise I do like them although toe brakes take some getting used to, especially in BOS.

you know you can change the spring tension right? I pretty much left everything as is, but changed peddle angel to 26* using my iphone level in the heel pocket.

No, I just mean my foot slips off the pedal because there is only a little flip up on the heel of the pedal. "using my iphone level in the heel pocket" . . . what does that mean? Next time I see you on TS I'll talk to you about your setup.

iphone has a level feature. you find it with the compass. I tried using the index degree marks on the side of the pedals but the pedals still seemed crooked or not the same level with each other to me. so I used a level to get the pedals the same with each other. luckily iphone had it covered Yeah the heel cup lip is low but for me i dont see it as a prob. I fly with the ball of my foot in the heel cup except for landing of ground ops.

Really really digging these. Awesome pedals! If you don't have a set you really need to invest in a set. Totally worth the cost!
