S!, Tepes and myself had some fun tonight when we went against eachother in the exact same aircraft. We would take off, head in opposite directions, then after 20 seconds would turn, pass eachother than engage. It certainly keeps you on your toes, because the only advantage any one can have is altitude and energy.

vogler and I got in a match like this with a bf109F4, we got some good hits on each other. After fighting for an hour+, we both ran out of fuel and called it a draw.

I think this is a great idea, match flying. We could set up a challenge ladder and fly a best of 5 or first pilot to 3 or 5 victories. Not only do I think this would be fun but I think it would be a great training tool for us pilots that need to get better (Me, I am speaking of myself). We have all sorts of tool available to us to make this happen like a server and this web site to post results.
Stecher, What do you think?

Go for it. It should help with turnout and training. Molders, if you want to compile a schedule of fights, that would be good. I am still trying to fix my computer back to flying status, it seems to be boycotting FB.

S!, That sounds like a "Fun idea . Would you want me to focus a schedule consisting of German a/c or throw the ball around ? Would this schedule be a day to day routine or whenever ?

I think it would be best to keep it with German a/c only. It's more useful that everyone practice with their familiar plane and develop along its strengths, rather than adjust to an enemy plane flown improperly by a pilot that is not used to it. Focus on our strengths, not their abnormal weaknesses. The schedule should simply be as often as you can make it.

I think that we should set up a time to have a squad meeting and make decisions on what stats to keep and rules of engagment.
