I seem to have a huge problem with ping kick, I can't get onto a lot of the servers with auto ping kick. I am running DSL, but have been told it doesn't matter because Alaska is so far away that I am going to have a high ping regardless. Anything I can do to fix this?

The ping is going to be driven by many variables but the most important one is the backbone network of the ISP and DLS provider. If that network is crap then you will have a high ping. Who is your ISP/DSL provider?

www.greatergreen.com/fbd2/fbd2.htmI've known about this page for some time, but I just noticed something that is exactly what you need. Take a look under Optional Install Files at locked.txt. Basically they can individually grant you pingkick immunity. If you want, you could try to contact the guys that run the servers you want to be able to play on. Depending on how hard this would be to do, they might be nice enough to do it.
