Hey, that's great. I see you skipped a couple questions. Will there be an issue keeping with our schedule or will you be okay?

The training missions might be a bit hard. Im still in school so 9:30 PM is a little late for me. But I can try.

The official squad meeting is only one day a week, on Thursday. But the point behind it is to prepare for our missions. We are active in an online war called Forgotten Skies during three other days (Sun/Tue/Fri). The action for these four nights all starts at 9:30pm ET, although you really have to get to FS missions a bit early. Typically these events require two hours of online time to be done in full. If you could only make it for one hour, as long as you did attend regularly, it'd probably still be worth your while. But an hour or two a month won't really get you much. So even if you have to leave a little early, it's more important to show up for most things.

Forgotten skies is an online war that we participate in. For navigation check out this wikipedia article. Since there are no radios or nav aids in IL-2, pilotage and dead reckoning are the only ones that really apply. A couple things to add that I don't think are listed. Headings are measured in a clockwise circle with North at 0 degrees. So east(90), south(180), west(270). Also keep in mind that IL-2 maps are tiny, on the Italy map, the grids are only 10 x 10 km. So cruising at 350 kph, you traverse one grid every 1:45. I dunno if the grid size is global or not. For some reason I always think I've covered a lot less ground than I have.

Yeah, all maps are in grids of 10X10km in IL-2.
